German Chamomile

German Chamomile essential oil has been used in herbal remedies for thousands of years throughout ancient Egypt, Greece, and Rome. Native to Southern and Western Europe and parts of Asia, German chamomile is a flowering perennial shrub in the Asteraceae family. It is also known as blue chamomile, as it contains the naturally occurring constituent chamazulene that gives the essential oil a deeply rich blue color. 

German Chamomile essential oil offers a calming aroma that creates a tranquil atmosphere when diffused and soothes skin when applied topically. German Chamomile Vitality provides powerful antioxidants and can be taken as a dietary supplement to support well-being, promote feelings of calmness and occasional nervous tension, and support a normal, healthy outlook during PMS.* 

German Chamomile and German Chamomile Vitality are the same essential oil.

DIRECTIONS

Topical: Apply 2–4 drops to desired area. Dilution not required, except for the most sensitive skin.

Aromatic: Diffuse up to 1 hour 3 times daily.
