Native to the Mediterranean and Asia, rosemary derives its name from the Latin words “ros” and “marinus,” or “dew of the sea.” An evergreen shrub in the mint family, it grows abundantly in rocky coastal regions. Rosemary Vitality™ essential oil has a bold, herbaceous flavor that pairs well with meat, pountry, breads and sauces. When taken internally as a dietary supplement, it contains antioxidants and may provide immune and general wellness support.

DIRECTIONS
Dilute 1 drop with 4 drops of carrier oil. Put in a capsule and take once daily.
